Admist judgements, labels and blaming, are you able to access the
essence of empathy and hear the feelings, needs and life-energy hidden
beneath them?

This special workshop is designed to provde a greater understanding of
the benefits of empathic listening for those on the austism spectrum,
parents, carers, teachers, friends and all stakeholders. The workshop
offers a way of communicating that gives specific tools to create and
maintain honest, open dialogue and for everyone to be more fully heard
and understood. You will learn what words are more likely to trigger
defensive reactions from others; and dicover what you can say that will
increase the likelihood of openhearted communication and co-operation.
The workshop will include a brief overview of Compassionate or
NonViolent Communication (NVC).
