Workshop on Sensory Processing and how it impacts Behaviour

 

This workshop will explore the sensory issues for children on the Autism Spectrum.

Reviewing basic coping strategies, sensory differences, strategies for supporting and settling.

A look at how the behaviour of young children from over stimulation for those with Asperger's Syndrome can be managed more effectively.

 

Kate Horstman - an Occupational Therapist specialising an ASD, ADHD and other behaviour issues. A published author of Helping Kids and Teens with ADHD at school. She has worked across QLD and at the ASA supporting children with Asperger's and their families for over 17 years.
