Peer Support Groups

We offer support groups for children, young adults, adults and parents.

About Our Support Groups

Social connection is so important. The benefits of being able to connect with similar, like-minded people and of feeling accepted and valued are enormous.

Our peer support groups provide a safe and friendly environment to meet others, share stories, form friendships and have fun. They provide a place where you can feel accepted by peers who really understand you.

They also provide an opportunity to learn more about being autistic,
discuss strategies to manage challenges and to celebrate your strengths and successes.
